To date, Satoshi has designed 3 versions of Ryujin and all are published in the form of crease pattern CP. The versions are actually the evolution of his design from the simplest version 1. The first thing to do is to generate the CP. I like to use this method to generate CP because you can control the precise measurement for all the crease line. Another advantage of using the drafting package for drawing the CP is the scale feature, where you can plot the CP to any size within the limit of the plotter paper.

Thank you so much! First Fold Back View. Lines and paragraphs break automatically. I do remember there are a couple of complex sinks in there, where you need to partly closed sink, partly open sink, and all that on maybe 6 different parts at the same time. Not forAncient dragon but if its short enough can you do john montrolls three headed dragon? I think it looks awsome. Would be happy to get a reponse: For months i have been trying to find diagrams for the ancient dragon. Was just wondering what steps you think is particularly hard in this model.
When you now the step 24 pls say it in simple english my english is not the best ;D thanks dertekuh2 yahoo. If any one needs any help folding the ancient dragon let me know, I can not make any videos of itbut I can guide you step by step if you like. I use white glue. I almost only fold from diagrams, others prefer videos or folding from crease patterns. Jamiya go on the site and it has japan writing. That may also be linked to the necessity of clear instructions for more complex models and their mathematical take on origami.
I was wondering if you think I could use gift-wrapping paper to make this model. By the way, tissue paper is probably not the best choice of paper for the ancient dragon. This time I made some double tissue, which is one of the recommended paper choices for the model. If you have please tell me how difficult it is. The steps by themselves are of course doable, but you have to work with several layers of paper and this makes folding precisely difficult.
My gut feeling tells me double tissue would probably work better. I think u should but in more instrunctional videos such as john montrols three headed dragon. Hope ancint helps, — Sara. By the way your vidoes are awsome! First Fold Front View.
Have you folded the ancient dragon? Sara If its not to long can you make an instruction video. More information about text formats.

Works of Satoshi Kamiya Make crease lines at a right angle through circled intersections. Most of his models, despite being ultra-complex and extremely detailed, still have a sense of beauty and are quite aesthetic and pleasing to look. This book was expected for a long time, and when its contents was finally revealed, there was some disappointment, as almost all the models in it have already been published elsewhere - in magazines, convention-books etc.
